Spexsys automates the tedious process of registering and managing parts. By scraping datasheets, extracting technical specs, and auto-filling fields in seconds, it reduces hundreds of hours of manual data entry into just a few. It ensures clean, consistent records — effortlessly.
Smart CV Ranking
Our recruitment AI scans CVs, extracts skills and GPA, and instantly ranks candidates based on role-specific criteria. It saves HR teams from sifting through hundreds of applications while promoting fairness through built-in bias filters.
Self-Service Employee Portal
Employees can manage leave requests, document submissions, and personal data through an intuitive, centralized portal. This reduces administrative overhead and empowers staff with real-time access to their own information.
